Upon hire, develop a unique brand identity and guidelines for the library. Create marketing and informational materials like posters, banners, web graphics, flyers, and bookmarks. Develop and produce booklet publications including the quarterly program guide. Effectively use Adobe Suite programs and Canva to create materials that are both visually appealing and accessible to users with disabilities. Teach other staff how to design assets such as short-term flyers. Take event photos and update the online photo library. Teach other staff how to take photos of their programs and events.

Digital Accessibility
In addition to graphic design, I am a specialist in creating and remediating PDF documents and publications to ensure they are accessible to users with disabilities via digital platforms. This includes writing effective alt-text for photos and complex graphics, as well as ensuring projects meet the legal WCAG 2.2 standards of accessibility for content tagging, color contrast, tab order, and screen reader usage.
